Join us for an afternoon dedicated to shedding what’s weighing you down and reconnecting with a lighter, more vibrant self.

This unique workshop begins with a breathwork and meditation session led by certified breath work and meditation teacher and spiritual coach Rachelle Taylor. Through intentional breath and stillness, you’ll dive into your inner landscapes and hold space to release what no longer serves you.
 

Following the breathwork, therapist Bri Larson will guide a therapeutic processing session, providing a safe, supportive environment to reflect on any lingering blocks, resistance, and sensations that have surfaced. Together, we’ll move through an experience that encourages renewal, release, and the clarity to step forward with purpose.

Join Michelle and Jacob for a 90-minute journey into the subconscious mind through the soothing practice of yoga nidra and the healing vibrations of sound.

Yoga nidra is a deeply restorative practice that activates the parasympathetic nervous system, setting the stage for spontaneous healing. Through systematic techniques, it peels back the layers of illusion, guiding you to reconnect with the purest, most authentic version of yourself .
